Policy For All Clothing

Policy For All Jewelry

All jewelry is handmade generally one of a kind pieces unless otherwise indicated that it can be reproduced.  Once an item has been sold it will be indicated on the item.

Return Policy

We will provide an exchange/store credit return on new unworn, undamaged, unwashed merchandise within 5 days of receiving your order, from the tracking receipt date. Please allow up to 5-7 business days from when your Exchange Return is delivered back to our office for the item to be processed and shipped. We are not responsible for shipping cost on Returned Items.


Once the order is placed, it cannot, for any reason, be cancelled. You can, however, within 24hrs, make a change to your order. Email Customer Service at customerservice@exclusivelyyours.jeweltyler.com. 

Be sure to enter your Order # in the Subject line to Request the Order Change. After 24hrs, the order has been sent to processing no changes can be made.


If you have received a defective item or believe it was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at customerservice@exclusivelyyours.jeweltyler.com for assistance. We want you to be satisfied, and will be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within 3 business days of package arrival, per the tracking receipt date. ​

Orders placed after 5pm CST will begin processing the next business day. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. Please completely review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please email Customer Service at customerservice@exclusivelyyours.jeweltyler.com.

We may update our privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. All account information for our Clients is held in strict confidence. We do not sell or share your information with anyone. We only collect information like your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information so we can provide customer transactions described on our website.

We use other third parties, such as a credit card processing company,(PAYPAL) to bill you for services regarding your order. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

 We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We post customer testimonials on our website, which may contain personal information. We do obtain our Clients’ consent to post their name along with their testimonial via email prior to posting the testimonial on our website.
